The aim of the customer service department is to provide quality and fast service and system services to the full satisfaction of the customer. Geographically, we provide these services mainly in the Czech Republic.
Customers have at their disposal two main system and service centers (Zlín and Prague) and regional technical offices located throughout the Czech Republic. Customers have a single point of contact - central control which records and coordinates all servicing activities. This structure allows for service intervention in any location in the Czech Republic within 4 hours of its reporting, either on site or through the remote support department.
Within the scope of service services, we mainly provide contractual authorized service of the entire portfolio or partial parts for the following brands: Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Inc., and Sharp NEC Display Solutions and Ingenico payment terminals.
