The objective of the service department is to provide good quality and quick servicing to full customer satisfaction. Geographically, we offer servicing for the entire territories of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As for the remaining countries, during the implementation of multinational projects, we cooperate with selected specialised companies which provide servicing in the required range and quality (for example Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Belgium, Netherlands etc).

We have available two main service centres for Czech customers (in Zlín and Prague) and twenty regional technical offices located in regional towns. For our customers we have available an integrated contact point - central control which records and coordinates all servicing activities. Such a structure allows us to provide servicing within four hours from reporting, at any location in the CR.

A strong partnership with our suppliers helps to ensure customer satisfaction - we are the long-term exclusive service partner of NEC Displays for monitors, plasma screens and projectors; a service partner to the NEC Computer company for personal computers, notebooks and NEC brand servers; partner of INGENICO company for EFT POS terminals and an authorized service partner for Hewlett-Packard with the right to use the titles, HP Authorized Service Delivery Partner and HP Authorized Service Management Partner as well as to provide a comprehensive warranty and after warranty service for the entire product portfolio of the Hewlett-Packard brand and a service partner for the DELL company. The awarding of such titles is conditioned by regular training and certifying of the service staff which are at the same time a guarantee of the high quality of the provided service.

For a selected number of customers, we have also entered into a service contract with other leading global manufacturers (IBM, Lenovo...) which allow us to ensure within the project for a specific customer, an identical level of service for any brand of equipment operated by that customer.
