IMPROMAT-COMPUTER s.r.o. is aware of its responsibility towards customers, employees, business partners, owners, the public and the environment. This Code of Ethics expresses the company's commitment to act honestly, transparently, professionally and in accordance with the law as well as generally accepted ethical principles.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the company's philosophy and defines the basic rules of conduct and decision-making in the daily activities of the company and its employees.
Basic principles
The Company and all persons acting on its behalf:
comply with the law of the Czech Republic and relevant international obligations,
act honestly, responsibly and with due professional care,
protect the good name and reputation of the company,
reject any form of corruption, fraud, discrimination and unethical conduct;
They are committed to preventing conflicts of interest.
Violation of the Code of Ethics is considered a violation of work duties.
Relationship to the State and the Public
Company:
keep accounts fully, truthfully and transparently,

Final provisions
This Code of Ethics is binding on all employees and persons acting on behalf of the company. The management of the company is responsible for its communication, compliance and regular updating.
